Use a hairdryer on the lowest setting and wave it back and forth over the label.  It should remove fairly quickly and easily. Repeat if the label does not lift off completely. Be sure not to hold the dryer in one place or you may risk discoloring the poster board.

Foam Board

What is foam board used for?
Foam Board is ideal for signs, posters, framing, projects, presentations, hobbies/crafts, displays, exhibits, architectural projects/models, and many other projects!

What is the thickness of your foam board?
All foam board is 3/16 inches in thickness.

What’s unique about your Ghostline product?
Ghostline is a faint ½ inch grid printed on poster, foam and display board that allows users to create projects without measuring, drawing, or erasing lines. With this nearly invisible grid, lettering, photos, and cut marks line up perfectly. Ghostline is a patented, trademarked brand offered exclusively through Carolina Pad.

Fade Resistance

Are Carolina Pad products fade resistant?
We don’t claim fade resistance for any of our products and like many colored art papers, constant exposure to the sun can affect the color concentration of the product. You may also notice a change in color/shading over time.

What types of markers and cleaning solvent do you recommend for your dry-erase poster board?
Dry-erase poster board is perfect for use with any brand of dry erase markers and can be easily erased with a standard chalkboard or dry eraser. We recommend cleaning with a damp cloth of soap and water periodically to remove marker residue that may cause staining over time. Our dry-erase poster board is portable and easy to use and 100% recyclable!

The adhesive from the label has left a sticky residue behind. How do I remove this from the board?
If residue remains on the dry-erase board after removing the label, we recommend using a Goo Gone solution or warm, soapy water to wipe the surface clean. If residue does not remove easily, allow the solution to sit a few minutes before wiping clean.

Foam Core Board

Can you paint a foam core board?
Foam core boards are a versatile resource that can be used for scrapbooking and other projects. Setting foam core behind cardstock papers or photos instantly gives your work in progress a pop-out effect you cannot get by simply mounting photos onto cardstock. Foam core boards sustain wetness from paint and glue without warping or otherwise damaging the final project.

Painting Foam Core
Acrylic paint has the fastest drying time among paint mediums. Acrylic paint tubes are also less expensive than other paints and come in vivid colors. You can easily mix paint colors to create custom colors for your foam core projects.
